PulseYourBiz provides a business management platform for service providers, including online scheduling, payment processing, invoicing, and client management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to PulseYourBiz. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.
PulseYourBiz is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
